The boat ramp offers access to all that East Bay and Pensacola Bay have to offer, including access to the Gulf of Mexico. With multiple layers of lookout decks, covered porches and a dock, this home has amazing sunset views to offer all year long.
Enjoy watching dolphins swim around the dock while sitting on the expansive patio. There is a fire pit as well as gas, charcoal & electric grills for guests to enjoy.
